Hampton school

How do you stay distinctive when demand is already high?

Hampton is one of the most competitive schools in the country, operating in a market where expectations are high and attention is limited. The challenge wasn’t visibility - it was memorability.

We’ve worked closely with Hampton over a number of years, building a strong, trusted relationship and gradually evolving their creative output. When I first joined the account, the work was solid but relatively traditional. Since then, we’ve pushed it into a more confident, distinctive space.

At the heart of the work is a clear idea: Hampton is serious about excellence - but never at the expense of personality. That balance has shaped everything we’ve created.

I’ve led the development of campaign thinking that brings that duality to life across multiple touchpoints - from large-scale open day campaigns to more targeted admissions and enrolment communications. The work spans print, digital, social and on-site experience, all designed to cut through and stay in the mind.

In a market where many schools default to the same visual and verbal cues, our focus has been on helping Hampton feel recognisably different - more energetic, more human, and more confident in how it shows up.

The result is a brand that continues to perform strongly, maintaining its position at the forefront of the market while building long-term equity and recognition.

It's a good question. First used by the Sumerians over 5,000 years ago, to denote additional meaning or information, the Asterisk conveys an additional depth of thought or curiosity.
